…a stronger bond, that of being related by blood. Such love does not require sacrifices, constant reminders or efforts for up keeping, it is simply there. Unfortunately, I only truly experienced this love when faced with separation and to this day I regret not spending enough time with my grandmothers, aunts and uncles. I regret that I did not appreciate them enough and did not take advantage of our special bond while I still could.
