when deciding who will be sentenced to death and who will not be. I'm not sure what the outcome of this everlasting argument will be, I'm not sure which side will win the debate because I can see not only the need for the death penalty but also the need to abolish it. I do know that when the problem is finally solved it will be very interesting to see what the outcome will be.
