Did your owner have a garden, a family, a home? Did her children …

…now and then some do-gooder tried to get him into a refuge. It felt different this time. Compelling. He almost closed his wallet before he realised his ring and the photo were missing. His mother's wedding ring and the crumpled, tear stained photograph of his wife and infant son. His only reminders of the man he had been. He had to get them back. Andrew walked to the nearest phone box and began to dial.
