It is the duty and responsibility of every person within that organization to treat their fellow employees with respect and dignity. That includes equal pay for equal work and equal opportunity for advancement regardless of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. If every employee addresses these issues as they arise, then they would not escalate to such extreme levels.
