…believes the economic differences in the countries needs to be minimized. To accomplish this Fox would like to see the US and Mexico do more than expand NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) he would like to see the countries move towards a common North American Market. (pbs, 1-5) The programs spoken of by Fox are just that, words. The test of the administration will be the introduction of the programs into law. Bibliography None
