The ongoing act of underage drinking has been a difficult social problem for parents and community members, bar owners and servers, law enforcement officials, and college students to address. Adoption of these types of programs and laws are a necessity to properly incorporate all responsible parties, which include parents and community members, bar and tavern owners, law enforcement officials, and most importantly the college students and children, in a team-oriented action plan.
