The title is "Smoking: Why It Should Not Be Banned."

…a situation that does not affect others, I should be allowed to do so. The United States prides itself on being the "land of the free." Being told that I can't do something because it's unhealthy for me does not fit my definition of "free." If we are to keep our reputation as a free country, we must refrain from telling people what to do in their personal lives, no matter how unhealthy it is.
