…see the character Hagar Shipley who is fighting death and remembering her life as she does it. She looks back at the goals she had in her life and how she failed to reach them. She failed to make something of herself, to have healthy relationships, and she failed most of all to die peacefully. Hagar was a regretful woman who did not like the choices of her past and cannot make peace with herself.
