The Doe Network

The Doe Network is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to assist law enforcement officials in solving cold cases concerning unexplained disappearances and unidentified victims from North America, Australia and Europe. First of all, the victim must have disappeared prior to 1996 and must have been filed with a law enforcement agency.
