In the course of the Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao's last state visit, Bush actually denounced democracy in action when he complained that "the comments and actions made by the leader of Taiwan indicate that that he may be willing to make decisions unilaterally to change the status quo, which we oppose." With such a regime, what could be expected of its actions towards its minority groups?
