In conclusion the authorities functions of powers were abused and the community has suffered enormously for their actions through the political power that the government agencies had to try and influence their decisions over individuals to govern society; the ideological power of the government to influence the norms of our society; and the economic power to control and manage resources available to the 111 call centres.
