With something so commonly viewed and read as the media - with limits, we should use the media as a positive way to terminate discrimination in every house hold, and in each individual that live in these homes. I believe that if the media can set a good example by not showing any forms of prejudice and discrimination, individuals will also demonstrate the same actions in their speech.
