Ceremonies and practices that we would normally not think about were performed in the Ibo culture, with many cultural values behind it. People from a different era also understand many values that we have today. For instance, they also know to cherish and respect their elders. When compared to the culture of modern human society, one can find many similarities between the two cultures.
