…the need for the organization to accurately determine the amount of inventory to have on hand; the team understood the enormous benefit of running the simulations in order to get a real world vision of the topics and concepts discussed during the course. The benefit of running the simulations and the tie back to the team project is the key to the success of the team and the final project will benefit from the experience.
