Upgrading software or hardware will be the sole discretion of ICOMS however, my firm will only provide support for the original equipment and software that was preinstalled and preconfigured during initial setup. Since the equipment and software is customized for ICOMS by my firm, it would be advisable to consult my firm before performing any maintenance, upgrading or replacements.
