Ontario Education Act.

There are some problems with the validity of the Ontario Education Act (O.E.A.), relating to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (C.C.R.F.). A couple of rights and freedoms that are in the C.C.R.F. are violated in the O.E.A., which is quite unfair, disrespectful, and disgraceful to the Constitution itself. Simply to imagine that the Ministry of Education would practically kick the C.C.R.…

…section 29 it states: "Nothing in this Charter abrogates or derogates from any rights or privileges guaranteed by or under the Constitution of Canada in respect of denominational, separate, or dissentient schools." This means that the Charter cannot be altered, or changed even in school premises. The entire being, and validity of the O.E.A. can be questioned and tested by the Charter from different angles and perspectives, depending on the person (s) interpreting it.
