No Longer Leaving.

My parents and I have never had a very good relationship. For the first two years of high school I attended Oakdale Christian Academy, a boarding school for girls. At first, being away from my parents was like experiencing freedom for the first time. However, it wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. The teachers were stricter than my parents! …half hour. I missed them so much and they didn't even show up on time. It made me feel frustrated and that I wasn't wanted back at my home. Things are better now though, and I don't take anything for granted anymore. Perhaps I was too hard on them and it was my own fault. I use to just accept my family as always having to be there, but you only get what you give.
