Morals without religion

…course be impossible. As a society people will only come together on something which affects their emotions, something which touches them deep inside. Religion is able to do this. Without religion people may have just as strong morals as without, but as a society there can be no established morals. Religion provides society with standards connected with emotion, so that an entire community can live knowing that their views are held by those around them.
