…he got his big break,and now he is a best selling writer,and journalist. I think this book is a good read,for anybody who wants to know how it was being black,and growing up in the 60's and 70's.The difficult chalenges,and choices that black's faced.I gave this book an 8,because I grew up in that time and I can relate to a lot of the things that he experienced.
