Macau Maritime Museum and the A-Ma Temple

The two places that I visited were Macau Maritime Museum and the A-Ma Temple. The reason for me to choose these two places to visit is because both of them are located at approximately the same spot where the Portuguese first landed. The Maritime museum was opened on the 24th of June 1990. This museum commemorates Macau's maritime history. …pay homage and to pray for good fortune. On 23 March every lunar year, the birthday of A-Ma, there will be even more worshippers crowded at the Temple. Even young men and young women in fashionable clothes and Western people also come to burn incense to pray for good luck. This is a quite warm scene for me. Both the Maritime Museum and the A-Ma Temple were very interesting. I learned a lot from this visit.
