Jose Orozco artist

…in that institution, as from 1943. In that of 1947, he showed the series "Los Teules", related to the conquest of Mexico. He worked as etcher in 1935 and in 1944, and lithographer in 3 periods: 1926, 1928 to 1930, and 1932 to 1935. In 1946, he received the National Prize of Arts. He was inhumed at the Illustrious Men Rotonda. There are collections of his drawings and easel paintings at the Orozco's Museum-Workshop in Guadalajara and the Carrillo Gil Museum in Mexico City. . .
