…It can be the difference between successful and unsuccessful work with parents. I think that once a person gets to stage four where they are at least accepting different cultures and understanding that behaviors can mean different things to different people they are on the right track. As long as they get through the stage three they will be able to have more successful experiences with parents and will be able to get along better.
