Hurricane Katrina will go down as the worst hurricane in history. It was a very devastating event that changed the lives of many people. As you watched on television it was a great catastrophe and many people were left without food and water for four days(cnn.com). Was the government too slow? Was it because they were African Americans? These are questions we will never truly know but I will give you my opinion …

…believe this was all taken care of the wrong way. The president made many mistakes and this is not his first. The news is very racially biased and they made the situation worse. The hurricane was a very unfortunate event that sadly took place and I believe we should have been down there a lot quicker. Some questions cannot be answered but there is one that can be. Did we get help their quick enough?
