The term human resources are variously defined in political economy and economics, where it was traditionally called labor, one of three factors of production. In the context of the workplace, valuing diversity means creating a workplace that respects and includes differences, recognizing the unique contributions that individuals with many types of differences can make, and creating a work environment that maximizes the potential of all employees. Taking all these things in consideration, I believe with the support of the company and the employees that we will be able to increase productivity, as well as working more efficiently.
