Depending on the anount of vandalism the people do they could be put away in jail for up to 3 years and a lot of money in fines. i think that graffiti ia a cool way to draw art form and show expresions and feelings in art. I think that more artists should try sketching graffiti NOT IN ANY WAY VANDALISING.
