If violence is not conducted with guns it will be conducted with knives, if we take knives away people will use sticks or bats or whatever else they can get their hands on. Violence, unfortunately, is a part of human nature we should spend our time, money, and efforts on changing violence instead of trying to change how individuals carry it out.
