It tells us that everybody has the chance to decide our future and where we go. …

…and over all outcomes when they know what choice they are going to make. Parents and peers can influence their decisions but not control them, as we have the power to obey/disobey, listen/not listen or just to walk away. This is why I believe free will and the right to make our own personal choices is the greatest attribute but we also have to consider the consequence s of each decision we make.
