When discussing diversity in business and therefore in teams most view diversity as simply demographic, a matter of color, gender, or age. The facts and situations must be considered in every situation. On the ending note diversity, if managed properly can be an important part of a successful business, but if not managed properly can lead to a reduction in performance and poor employee motivation.
