With all the speculation going around about Grizzly Bears in Alberta these days, it's hard for one to help but become lost in the numbers, the varying facts and especially the politics behind it all. So what is really happening in our wilderness? Scientists say we are precariously close to losing our Grizzly bear populations, while our government really hasn't made up its mind yet. …at the rate we are going, we could lose them forever in Alberta, but it's not only that. We all need to start somewhere, and right now we have the perfect opportunity to take another step towards that ideal balance. What ever we discover about the Grizzlies after three years, whether it be good or bad, the hunt should come to an end, and our efforts should never cease to protect all that is Albertan.
