…concentrate on other, more important tasks. Done incorrectly, delegation can make you, and your staff looks like a bunch of monkeys. Take your time, start out small and delegate tasks that you know how to do yourself. As time goes on, you'll figure out where your employees' strengths and weaknesses lie. Overall, delegation is a wonderful tool if you use it right. Just be careful; it can be an unguided missile if you misuse it.
