…developing a group consisting of all managers, the input was deleted completely by the people using the procedure. The benefit, staff members would of realized that their own co-workers helped develop the procedure thus minimizing any issues. Awareness of the possible monetary loss of unnecessary consumable uses would have also shine light on the issue. Presenting the staff the figure that would be saved by the company would have also help calm the many issues.
