The primitive nature of terrorism is perceived as the greatest antagonist to the contemporary commonwealth, constantly testing the limits of how much harm we are willing to tolerate, but it is life without those reminders of what it is to be liberal, to be happy and to be virtuous that could potentially be the greatest harm to community.
