Part A: The events start off hear when I distress call is heard from Petra. She connects to the others through the thought shapes and the gang rushes over to help her. She is found lying down and her pony dead and being eaten by a creature. They shoot and kill it. Suspicion among the town is created on how they all heard her form so far away. Petra is taught about the thought shapes. …

…some do. Part F: In the next section of the novel I predict that a war is going to break out. The people of Waknuk keep getting closer to the Fringes and cause of this when they do come the Fringes people will retaliate. Also the fact that the people form Sealand are coming to save them puts up the fact that a fight will happen when they arrive and go to save the Chrysalids.
