Capital Punishment - Fair and Balanced.

The issue of capital punishment is a highly emotional issue which has sparked so much debate over the decades. Capital punishment has an extremely lengthy history, but just recently, it has brought about so much disagreement among Americans. In 1975, the United States decided in the case of Furman v. …there is always the chance that these criminals will not learn from their jail time. It is best to filter out these extremely dangerous criminals just to make certain these high risk individuals will never return back into society, and also to send a strong message to any would-be criminals on how strict our society treats innocent killings. Protecting the innocent victims of murder and other heinous crimes is exactly what needs to be addressed.
