Beowulf: Old School Hero.

The ancient Germanic race had a strict code of honor. Strength, courage and loyalty were sought after in knights; hospitality, generosity and political skills were looked for in a potential king. The title character in the great, epic poem Beowulf, exemplifies all of these traits and more over the course of his lifetime; specifically with major conflicts against "evil". …in the day's of Beowulf, and no other man displayed those qualities more than our title character. He never committed an act unless it was for the name of his king and/or country. The battles against the three largest icons of evil exemplified Beowulf's moral fiber and maturity with each passing test showing that he also possess the most important feature human beings must have in order to survive any part of life, adaptability.
