Art Appreciation

Museum Paper In the process of researching and comparing different works of art I chose to go to both Gilcrease and Philbrook museums. I believe the buildings and the surroundings of the buildings have a lot to do with how successful the museum is. …am in awe about the seventy-two room mansion, now known as Philbrook museum, that holds 300,000 plus works of art, not to mention its in depth garden and banisters that in them selves are a work of art. I think what amazed me most about Philbrook is that not only did you have to look at the art you could look at the building as a whole and be able to appreciate the architecture and design
