"Anthem" by Ayn Rand analyzed

The story, "Anthem" by Ayn Rand is based on her strong views of individualism. Her opinions concerning the nature of man and daily life are quite clear and appear in various areas of the story. He gained this knowledge from reading writings of the unmentionable times. He was now fully cognizant of the situation, seeing things from a different perspective. Individualism is for the more responsible and brave, while the weak choose collectivism and altruism, because they depend on others.
