Alexander III of Macedon, better known as Alexander the Great, single-handedly changed the entire nature of the ancient world in little more than ten years. He continues to be portrayed according to the bias of those interpreting his achievements. He is either Alexander the Great a great knight or bloody monster, but above all he is fully deserving of his description as one of the most significant individuals in history.
