or evil is that each person has his or her own worldview. Many times they fail to see the truth at face value. This diminishes the intellectual and entertaining aspects of “Beowulf”. Just as in science there is no absolute truth. They only way to tackle this concept is to be able to see both sides without bias. This epic did not once touch upon the aspects of the reasons for Grendel’s savage attacks.
