Italy. These countries were also the main place that the plague struck which
was the main reason for these people to go on this workers revolt.
The disease took its toll on the church as well. People though out
Christendom had prayed for devoutly for deliverance from the plague. Why
hadn’t those prayers been answered? A new period of political turmoil and
philosophical questioning was lying ahead.
