SCHOOL VIOLENCE There has been a constant increase in the amount of school violence in recent years. Beginning with the shootings at Columbine High School there has been great emphasis placed on protecting students from another event like this. Unfortunately, Columbine seems to have been only the beginning; there have been a number of school shootings recently.
