Juvenile Crime
It is my belief that juvenile crime is a problem that needs a lot of attention. I don’t think that we need to pay attention to it because of growing numbers, but I think that we need to pay attention to it because it is a problem that can be solved just by a little extra effort.

r these programs, I think that the rate will go up. It is very easy for the government to hand money over to these programs and let them handle it. But who will handle it when there is no money left?
It is obvious that juvenile crime is a problem, but it does not have to be a permanent problem.
