Economic effects of immigration are addressed by Kennedy, Chavez and Mills in their articles. Immigration whether legal or illegal will always continue to be a problem especially if our laws and policies regarding immigration are not revisited and new one enacted. Truly immigration has both the positive and negative effects. What we should be concerned about is working on laws, policies, programs etc. that will limit the negative effects of immigration and turn it to our advantage.
