others. I my personal opinion, I think that Stevenson was trying to escape his nightmares through writing about his situation. The book was a type of security blanket that he could feel secure in and avoid the fears of reality.
In general, I look forward to reading about the atrocities that Mr. Hyde creates for Dr. Jekyll to discover. I also am interested in Dr. Jekyll’s reaction to the actions of his darker side.
