Chinstrap Penguin - Pygoscelis Antarctica
Chinstrap penguins are white on the front up till the throat, but their back and
forehead are black. Chinstraps are easily distinguished by the thin black stripe of feathers
located around the jaw. (See figure 1)- Source 1. They are the only penguins, who have
this, so they were named the Chinstrap penguin. Their chicks penguins have gray backs
and white fronts. The adult height is around 27 inches tall.
