I had to read these sort of passages out loud half the time to get a
sense of what he was saying. And even then, they didn’t make a
whole lot of sense. I’m not sure if Emily Bronte meant them to
make sense, or if I just didn’t understand or if it’s a combination of
both. But whichever the case, Joseph’s passages were the hardest
to read.
