I only hope that as I return to Active Duty next Spring that I bring with me the leadership methods of successful leaders and win the hearts and minds of my soldiers by merely knowing my job--and being a leader. For without the effective leader, there are no effective "led"--and therefore the mission is a failure before the Operations Order is even drafted.
