Know or be aware of the typical profiles and make-up of offenders of workplace violence (i.e. robbery, rape, etc). An employer should ensure that each supervisor is trained to recognize problem areas in his/her workcenter. They should be aware of any histories that may be associated to an employee fitting the profile of a typical workplace violence offender.
