The Search for Values         It is funny how difficult it is to look at the values that people, especially Americans, hold dear. Now I know this is sort of a strange statement, but allow me to explain myself. One day try this, ask some of you're acquaintances (complete strangers will work as well) to define the word "value" for you. Most likely you will receive an answer like, "Oh that's easy, it's how much something …showed first 75 words of 919 total…

…showed last 75 words of 919 total…in. Now the cornerstone of this life according to values are the teenage years. These years are where most of the identity searching goes on, and this is where people find that they are very apathetic towards most things, and the things that they believe in must be defended at all costs, so they begin to express their opinions openly, and eventually people begin to listen and they realize, "Wow, I don't believe in much."
