Until King Tut’s tomb was discovered in 1922, his name was only known from scattered writings on the walls of the temples, but since the tomb’s discovery, the world now knows of King Tut’s treasures and even his curse.

is a shame that these artifacts are not at home in Egypt where they belong, but on the other hand, now people are able to see these great treasures for themselves rather than in a book. Regardless of where the treasures are, and regardless of whether or not there is a curse on Tuts tomb, the discovery in itself is one that will always be remembered as one the most important archeological finds in history.
